I created a range of imagery for olive oil start-up, EVOO fresh. From e-commerce to styled shoots, we did it all.
Kris, from start-up EVOO fresh, wanted to create impactful images for his new olive oil business. Images that break the traditional old-fashioned mould that is far too common for this industry.
High-quality olive oil is often neglected when it comes to exciting and engaging photography. EVOO Fresh aims to bring the world’s freshest olive oil from around the world to enhance your cooking experience. In doing so, Kris wanted to create a series of image that engage a wider audience and inspire them to pick up a bottle from his online shop.
EVOO Fresh needed to have one e-commerce image of each product for the shop section of the website. Rather than the typical plain white background, we decided to put the bottles on a coloured background, representative of their notes. For the styled shots, we aimed to produce 3 images of deconstructed recipes to help bring the viewer closer to the product and its intended usage.
What started as just another business idea has transformed into a beautiful looking brand with imagery that now competes with the top brands in the industry. One of the main aims was to appeal to a younger audience and we’ve done just that by creating images that include bold colours yet still have ties to the oil’s traditional routes.
