I was asked by Ground Level Up to complete some interior photography to help sell a beautiful home which is part of the Larbert House Estate.
Larbert House Estate was in need of images of its newly-built property to help sell it. This beautiful 5-bed detached home worth half a million pounds was a delight to shoot. All of the images were shot and delivered within the same day and the property listing live the following day.
Being property photography, the shoot is relatively straightforward in terms of creative execution. That said, I wanted the images to have a feeling of nice natural light and to show the flow between each living space. In my editing, I made sure to clean up the white walls so that they have a new feel to them and avoid the yellow/orange lighting.
Larbert House Estate needed a quick turnaround on the images so that the property listing could go live the following day. The images were populated to estate agency websites and helped in the selling of the house.
