Located in Fountainbridge, Moda Living a changing the game for rental apartments in Edinburgh. Moda Living has invested a lot to bring high-end living with gyms, meeting areas, studios, and co-working spaces.

As such, they wanted photography that attracted their target market for advertising ahead of their launch. I visited some of the showrooms which had been professionally styled in advance of the shoot. The views outside the windows were still of the construction site, so each window view was replaced in Photoshop to one that will reflect the view when complete. 

Moda Living now has a bank of high-end interior photography that they’ve used on social, website, and advertising banners that is attracting sales for launch.
