North Lanarkshire Leisure

On a mission to grow awareness for their facilities, North Lanarkshire Leisure approached the guys at Ground Level Up to produce a film. The idea was to come away with a short video that they could use on their social media channels to portray that they are more than just a gym. I was tasked with shooting a series of behind-the-scenes images that they could also use for marketing material and on social media. Starting in the pool at 6 am, we spent the day going around several of their facilities, snapping away.

The priority across the shoot was on the video production so I tried to closely mirror the script with stills. We had a fast-paced couple of days covering several key venues. I wanted each image to effectively convey a feeling of movement and energy to help North Lanarkshire Leisure promote their services.

The end result was a happy client, a beautiful short film by Ground Level Up, and a bunch of fresh shots that North Lanarkshire Leisure have used throughout their facilities and online. North Lanarkshire Leisure has been able to use the images on several important promotional materials like social media, flyers, and large outdoor banners.
